Individual Psychotherapy

Interested in better understanding your patterns, your urges, your desires? Therapy is a unique space to process these curiosities to better help us relate to ourselves and the world around us. Ask yourself these questions if you feel unsure if therapy is right for you:

1. How do you feel on a daily basis?
Therapy can teach us skills to help manage our emotions.

2. Are there changes to my behavior or mood?
Therapy can help identify and address concerns related to behavior or mood through skill-building.

3. How are my current coping skills?
Sometimes, our coping skills may not be effective anymore, or we may need to learn new ones altogether.

4. Am I struggling with my relationships?
Therapy can identify and address any barriers that may be preventing you from having healthy and fulfilling relationships.

5. Am I open to change?
Therapy takes work, but your effort will pay off in the end when you see positive and rewarding changes in your life.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship goes through rough patches or areas that feel they could use some investigating, the question is whether you have the tools to investigate them together. Couples therapy offers a structured space to slow down, understand what's really happening beneath the surface, and rebuild connection.

What it entails:

  • Improving communication and breaking unhelpful cycles

  • Rebuilding trust after conflict, betrayal, or disconnection

  • Navigating major life transitions (parenthood, career changes, illness, loss)

  • Reconnecting emotionally and physically

  • Clarifying what you both want moving forward

This isn't about assigning blame or deciding who's "right." It's about understanding your relationship as a dynamic system, and giving both partners the skills and insight to show up differently within it.

Process Group for Gay Men

This weekly group is for gay men who want somewhere to work through the patterns that shape their relationships with partners, friends, family, and themselves. Process groups work a little differently than individual therapy: instead of just talking about your life, you get to practice showing up in it, in real time, alongside other men who get it. What comes up between members (trust, connection, competition, vulnerability) becomes the material for growth.

This group can be a good fit if you're navigating:

  • Coming out — to others, or still to yourself

  • Dating, sex, intimacy, or relationship patterns that keep repeating

  • Shame, body image, or internalized messages about being gay

  • Loneliness, isolation, or building chosen family

  • A general sense of wanting deeper, more honest connection

Many members come simply wanting to feel less alone within the gay community and more able to be themselves with others. Meeting every Thursday from 6pm-7:15pm.
